Advertisements sold on bestproductivityresources.com, social media accounts, or the email newsletter must comply with applicable laws and platform policies. We reserve the right to reject ad content that is misleading, illegal, or inappropriate.
3. Digital products
Digital products are sold as described at the time of purchase. Licenses are personal and non-transferable unless otherwise stated.

Payment terms are agreed upon before starting any project or campaign. Late payments may delay delivery or pause ongoing work.
5. Limitation of liability
The Growth Pulse is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or website. Results from marketing and growth services depend on many factors outside our control.
